For issues with our products, please email us at sales@viking-armory.com and include your order number, a brief description of the product along with photos that pertain to the issue you’ve had and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.
Please note: Items sold in our store may be printed models of designs which are readily available on the internet. In those cases, we do not claim ownership of those designs and those designs will not have our brand name on them. For items sold without Viking Armory branding, we are only providing a 3D printing service. The amount paid by the purchaser represents our 3D printing fee only. Any items bearing the Viking Armory markings are designed and owned by Viking Armory and covered under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Public License* unless stated otherwise. Designs with the Viking Armory markings and similar designs on the Internet are non-authorized reproductions of our proprietary design.
